RFP for Meeting Planners

Let us know your needs for your upcoming event, and our convention centers will respond with proposals for hosting your event. Our member convention centers are fully equipped with current amenities and technology to make your meeting, wedding, celebration or other special event a successful and memorable one. The staff of the Flathead Convention & Visitor Bureau is ready to help with plans for any meeting, large or small. We provide assistance with site inspections, local supplier coordination, spouse tours and activity suggestions, brochures, maps and promotional materials.
